Log message:
Always skip the first few frames (current RESYNC_FRAMES + 2 = 5). Some of the
mp3's produce a loud click/distortion at startup. I cannot trace this to any
internals of the mpg123 engine. Perhaps it's interpreting some start frames
differently. The command line mpg123 tool doesn't suffer from this. I'm not
sure this is the right thing to do but it fixes the noise (really sucks when
you have your amp set to a very high level :-)
