	Is it possible, via the command line, to increase the volume of a wav 
file?  The reason I ask is because I use vgetty for voice mail.  With my 
modem, the recordings are very low volume.  I would like to put the 
command in my answer script to adjust the volume in the file upwards 
without actually needing to open the file in a GUI editor.  Then I can 
e-mail the wav file to the owner, who can just play it.
