[Alsaplayer-devel]error on set_periods

Greetings,

I compiled and installed AlsaPlayer 0.99.58 on a Red Hat 7.2 machine
running ALSA 0.9.0beta10a.  My playback device is a Delta Midiman
1010, which uses the snd-card-ice1712 alsa module.  Recording,
playback, etc work fine through aplay/arecord and other apps.

Here is what I see on the screen when I run alsaplayer:
