The following syntax connects alsaplayer to an Internet radio server:

alsaplayer -o jack -r -e http://64.202.98.91:8004

The 'http://' and following is required and identifies the Internet
Radio server address. The -o and -r options are for my particular use
and not likely required for the usual Internet radio client. The options
are described using

alsaplayer -h
