[Alsaplayer-devel] python interface

Hi all. I've committed the first version of the new python module.
It's currently in the repository as a separate package (i.e. a peer to
fftscope and midi) out of simplicity. The build system for the module
uses python's standard distutils functionality.

I'm fine with moving the module code into the main codebase, but we
should be careful to avoid making the module a requirement for
building. It has dependencies on the boost and python libraries, and I
wouldn't want to make those mandatory for building alsaplayer.

The module is currently pegged at version 0.1. However, it's a simple
piece of code and will probably move to 1.0 status quickly. I'm
working on a program to exercise it pretty thoroughly.

If everyone approves, I'll go ahead and put a downloadable source
distribution for the module on sourceforge. Let me know.
