I personally use them dayly with my own media library which consists
of 900+ lostlessly compressed images of CDs (downloaded via
p2p-networx) - many of them decoded using APE, WavPack or FLAC
encoders.

So far I found only one major bug in my WavPack-decoder (unfortunately
still not fixed) - wrong played time. Also all my plugins suffer from
lack of metadata support (tags etc).

And not so long ago I downloaded 96kHz+24bit+4.1 image of SACD of
something similar - it is encoded using WavPack and my plugin still
incapable of playint this. :)

Let's wait a bit.

I wish to include only wavpack. APE-decoder uses infamous original
library which has a questionable license. So it must be distributed
outside main tree or we create difficulties for major linux distros

Similar problem with mp3-decoder too - we should do something with
fact that mp3-decodinf software is not allowed in some countries with
fascist copyrigth laws (USA for example). I think that we may slightly
rewrite mp3-decoder so that it loads mad-library at runtime. Simirar
technique used in Fedora Code for libdvdread, which loads libdvdcss
and if (DeCSS is prohibited in USA).
