streams very often have that format or with added port: http://foo.bar:1234/

so like i said only a) case is not supported yet and my question is
still valid
should it be new button for a) case or b) and c) moved to this button as
well

this is 5 seconds job but for me current form works better than empty
field in artist column so i won't change it and if you decide to do it i
will patch it for myself (unless you'll come up with better solution,
but empty field doesn't sound good)
