[Alsaplayer-devel] mad input plugin

I removed the old and outdated libmad code from the tree. The consequence is at
distributions like SuSE (I don't know if it is other with the same paranoid
practice) can distribute AlsaPlayer without the mad plugin but with the source
code.

The MAD input plugin itself is unchanged so at anyone else can use it, but only
with the external libmad. (Even Suse users will be able to do that when
installing from Suse's AP source after reading some forum thread).

This old code is now in the experimental trunk (obsolete folder).
