Which alsaplayer version is it? Can you try with the last code from the svn?

Same think here. Did you try with the last svn code?
I also committed a fix from Hubert Chan (Debian) for port 888. Madej's html
support on port 80 is left.
If you don't have svn access, I put tarball at
http://www.alsaplayer.org/alsaplayer-0.99.80-rc2.tar.gz2
It is not official for now, just svn snapshot, and I will update it each time
it is important commits.
