[Alsaplayer-devel] gtk2 interface

Great and very long wanted news:

I get a patch with a full working GTK2 interface from Madej from Poland. A few
minor fixes was needed to get it to not erase the gtk interface when installing
both.

I just committed it into the svn. I renamed the old one as gtk2obsolete.

Be aware at when configured with '--enable-gtk --enable-gtk2', the scopes in
$PREFIX/library/alsaplayer/scopes are crashing AP at startup. So remove them
all but the Spectrum GL. This last one is not working with the gtk2 interface,
but it doesn't crash either. This have to be fixed before a release.

Beside that, the interface is fully functional and provide the same
functionality as the gtk interface v.0.99.78.

Please, test it and report.
