[Alsaplayer-devel] configuration for build from source (Asus Eee PC)

Don't seem to get the problem with mpg321 on the item that has been
giving blips, so we may have something in alsaplayer to look at. Should
probably point out my setup:
- 4G flash "hard drive"
- 500 MB RAM
- 4G SD card on which music stored.

I've tried moving mp3 to main "drive" but still get blips in alsaplayer
0.99.80. Don't seem to get them in mpg321. Have to listen each time for
several minutes. Clearly need a way to test more efficiently and less
subjectively.

If anyone else noting such issues, perhaps we can share ideas to locate
the problem and/or devise reliable tests. My suspicions are something
fairly simple to fix if we only can find where to do it.

Cheers, JN
