Added a nice shiny macro to auto detect an installation of libcoopt.
Looks in (in order):
command line specified path (--with-libcoopt-exec, --with-libcoopt-include)
command line specified prefix (--with-libcoopt-prefix)
/usr
/usr/local
`pwd`/coopt
`pwd`/libcoopt

This macro is so shiny and new that it hasn't yet been tested.  At all.
