Log message:
Fixed (some of) PHP's complaints: specifically $GLOBALS['PATH_INFO']
Shunted the verbose error reporting into zap-std.inc, with some hostname
restrictions - it's enabled if you're connecting from .tartarus.org or the
server isn't zap.tartarus.org.
