Log message (5 lines):
In the event of trying to wait for a negative length of time, clip
to zero. Currently I'm not aware of any way this can occur other
than by reading a ttyrec containing non-monotonic timestamps (in
which case you also have to have used -T to force ipbt's format
detection to consider it valid in the first place).
