Log message (5 lines):
matcher/multimatch.cc: Fix the new
Enquire::get_uncollapsed_matches_lower_bound(), etc methods for
certain cases.
tests/api_anydb.cc,tests/api_db.cc: Extend existing tests to also
check Enquire::get_uncollapsed_matches_lower_bound(), etc.
