Log message (5 lines):
tests/api_valuestream.cc,tests/testdata/apitest_declen.txt: Add
some further tests, to cover using the posting source with the
remote backend, and performing actual queries.  Also add a
regression test for slots which aren't fully used (which
currently fails).
