Backport change from trunk:
backends/flint/flint_modifiedpostlist.cc: Fix FlintModifiedPostList
to skip added-but-then-deleted-before-flush documents.  (ticket#392)
tests/api_backend.cc: Add regression test modifiedpostlist1.
