Backport change from trunk:
queryparser/termgenerator_internal.cc: Only include trailing '+' or
'#' on a term if it isn't followed by a word character (makes more
sense and matches QueryParser's behaviour).  (ticket#446)
tests/termgentest.cc: Add regression test.
