Zap Command Extensions

Darren has put together ZapBits, out of the ghosts of ZapDS and ZapTMT. This
is now available in what is, I hope, a v1.40 build (that's the impression
I'm under, anyway :-) as pub/1.40/zapbits.zip on the ftp site.

Source has been integrated into the !ZapExtSrc system, available as
/pub/1.40/src/extssrc.zip. ZapBits is under GPL.

ZapBits may disappear in the future; the commands may become a part of
ZapUtil.
