v1.40 patch 8 out

Available from the web and ftp sites in the obvious places. As well as a
couple of (fairly minor) bugfixes, and some frosting, we have:

1)	tries to find a writeable place for on-the-fly files.

This means Zap should be (once again) usable on locked machines.

2)	includes Darren's DDEUtils stuff to allow FINDFILE, etc. etc. to use
the DDE directory from within a taskwindow (as I understand it).

(Darren - does this rely on updates to the ZapBASIC module? I can't find any
alterations in the main branch, so I'll assume not; if we do need a new
build for v1.40, can you handle it?)

There are still lots of known bugs with v1.40, but few seem both serious and
repeatable. I'm currently planning to look hard at each of the outstanding
ones at the beginning of March, with views to getting a v1.40 patch 9 out,
and also fixing as many as possible for the next stable version.
