Zaps v0.70 and v1.20

The ftp site now contains v0.70, thanks to Andrew Wingate, and v1.20, thanks
to Ben Harris. In case anyone is feeling like rooting through old PD library
floppies or anything, I'm still missing v0.80, v0.90 and v1.00 - not bad,
really.

(Incidentally, v0.70 was released under the GPL - anyone know when it
changed? I imagine it was v0.80, or whenver the extension API came into
play.)
