GPS Selective availability turned off

Good ol' Bill Clintons done the decent thing and turned off selective
availability giving a claimed ten fold increase in accuracy. Unfortunately I
spent the last two weeks geologic mapping out in Utah and I'm no too pleased
to note that everything could've been ten times better. I'll be out in the
field again today with my Garmin GPS12XL and Psion 5, so I'll let you know
if it makes any difference! 1.5 m RMS positioning should be good!
