Yes ofcourse, this is not a public version of my port.
Lingua::Stem:: is already at CPAN, so I'd guess it's the CPAN guys job
to decide.

Yes!
That was my next job anyway, since I also need to port Danish, 
Swedish and Nynorsk.

We could collabrate to make a pretty interface for
Lingua::Stem::Snowball? (or whatever namespace)
