Richard,

I see that the .tgz files downloaded either from the 'download' of the left
margin, or from the link in the central menu of Snowball, are the same. This
is no doubt as it should be, but had they not used to be different? Or did I
dream it ...

There is also a directory libstemmer, containing something like C++
wrappers. What is the significance of this? Is it downloadable from the site?
