[Snowball-discuss] Missing German2 algorithm for C

Hello

I appreciate your website and compiled all algorithms in ANSI C. Unfortunately, you don't provide the C code for the German2 stemming algorithm. http://snowball.tartarus.org/algorithms/german2/stem.c is a dead link, and neither the C-library nor the "all-library" in the download section contains it.
