[Snowball-discuss] Perl wrappers updated

Greets,

The Perl wrapper for the Snowball stemmers, Lingua::Stem::Snowball,  
has been updated to use the latest version of libstemmer_c.  The new  
release enables access to the UTF-8 stemmers and is significantly  
faster.

Lingua::StopWords, which wraps the Snowball stoplists, has also been  
updated.
