[Snowball-discuss] A problem with installing PyStreamer under windows.

A problem with installing PyStreamer under windows:

As result of running setup.py i have:

C:\Temp\PyStemmer-1.0.1\PyStemmer-1.0.1>setup.py install

running install

running build

running build_ext

error: The .NET Framework SDK needs to be installed before building
extensions for Python.


 But .NET Framework SDK is already installed and included in PATH
variable(only for binary files though) . What shall i do to install
PyStemmer?
