That's great.
I maintain it in theory, but havn't had time to do much lately. I'd
be happy to accept patches. There is currently a SVN repository,
linked to at the bottom of http://snowball.tartarus.org/download.php
(see trunk/pystemmer).
I've been meaning to make a git mirror of the repository, which would
make sending patches easier for the more modern developers out there,
but havn't got round to it yet - for now, putting a patch in a public
place and sending an email with a link to it would be the easiest way
to send a contribution.
Also, along with the patch, please confirm that you're happy to
license the contribution under the same license as the rest of
pystemmer (ie, the MIT/X license; see the LICENSE file in the
repository).
