Doh! Looks like the _utf8 versions are if you want *ONLY* UTF8. I can use
libstemmer.c and modules.h.

My comments about modules_uft8.h not having my custom stemmer in it still
stands.

to pass it UTF8-encoded strings and get UTF8-encoded strings back.
