[Snowball-discuss] Porter2 Stemmer in C++

Hello, I've implemented a Porter2 English
Stemmer<https://bitbucket.org/smassung/porter2_stemmer/wiki/Home>in
C++ as an alternative to the ANSI C version.  I was wondering if it
could be added to the "Contributions in other programming languages" page.
Is this the right place to ask that question?
