Hello. I think all you can do here is build your own list of
exceptions, then modify the English stemmer at the points indicated
for exception inclusion. I'm not aware myself of extensions of the
English (or any other) stemmer to specialist technical areas.
Historically, the original Porter stemmer was in some ways a
simplification of earlier work that had tried to address large and
general tchnical vocabularies.
