[Snowball-discuss] Estonian Stemmer

Dear all,
 
I am happy to announce that Estonian has joined the Snowballers' family, becoming the third Finno-Ugric language represented. I followed the instructions from
https://github.com/snowballstem/snowball/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.rst#adding-a-new-stemming-algorithm . Hopefully my contribution will be accepted and is published soon on the website. Meanwhile, you can already explore the stemmer here: https://github.com/texta-tk/est-snowball .
