It is mainly Modern Standard Arabic but works for Classical Arabic.

If there are a lot of people looking for that, I can give it some time to build it.

btw I worked on integrating the new version of snowball into Lucene/Solr, It is used in my current company, but I didn't release it to open source as the process is long for that repo.

I've Cc-ed Assem Chelli, one of the authors of the algorithm and the
one who contributed it who hopefully can answer your question.

It seems we're currently completely lacking a page about this algorithm
on the website, which would be good to address.  I see Assem already
has an open issue about this:
