[Snowball-discuss] Snowball 3.0.1 released

There was a problem with a generated file in the Python version of
3.0.0, so a new release which fixes this is now available:
https://snowballstem.org/download.html
This includes a couple of other small changes for Python, but there
are no changes for other languages. To be clear, if you using Snowball
in a different programming language then it makes no functional
difference if you're using 3.0.0 or 3.0.1.
