Log message:
zipdiff will either create a manifest of differences between two zip
archives (files added, removed and changed), or will create a third zip
containing files added or changed, plus the manifest.
(Note: untested for additional file attributes, so may not yet be safe
for using with RISC OS etc. archives.)
