Version 0.10:
Add an ELFRun command, which tries to be analogous to *Run.  It works in my
minimal testing, but if nothing else it fails to correctly flatten the SVC-mode
stack (largely because the RISC OS 2 PRM doesn't explain how to find out
where to flatten it _to_).
