Log message:
Completely rewrote the majority of the redraw code to make it smaller and
more readable. This also fixes some redraw bugs relating to new instructions
on Iyonix (eg NV instructions are Undefined) and APCS register names.
This also uses a new method for finding the condition code which doesn't rely
on it being lower case (because I didn't know Debugger Plus could do this
until it was too late)
