Log message:
I find it much easier to choose colours in HSV, so use the ColourPicker
module instead of our own picker if shift is held down while opening the
colour box. We can't use the ColourPicker all the time because we need to
be able to set the font substyle. (I've investigated adding substyle buttons
to the ColourPicker window, but it's _extremely_ hacky).
