Log message:
 * BDF font import. Mode versatile than bdf2zap since it should be able to
   cope with proportional fonts (though it centres each glyph in the
   character cell of a non-proportional result).
 * Option on the edit window to highlight (select) the glyph in the font
   display window, since with a lot of CJK characters it can be hard to
   tell which one you're looking at.
 * When font windows are closed (on save, etc), put the input focus in
   another font window.
 * New 'Create Font' window to create a blank font.
 * New glyph operation to nudge characters by one pixel.
 * Lots more HelpData in the resource file.
