Log message (6 lines):
If you use ipbt to play several ttyrecs, it conceptually
concatenates them so that a single frame numbering scheme covers
them all. When searching several ttyrecs for something you then plan
to look up with ipbt, it's therefore convenient for ttygrep to
support the same facility. Added the `-j' option which does this;
default behaviour is unchanged.
