Miscellaneous enhancements:
 - RFC822 parser now detects the terminator version of the MIME
   separator line and avoid passing it through into the substream
 - RFC822 parser now pulls out the charset attribute from the
   Content-Type header and makes it available in the path data
 - user-written scanner modules can call scanner_trace_ancestry() if
   they need to know the derivation of their stream before deciding
   how to scan it.
