Summary: Unix listening sockets (e.g., tunnels) are IPv6-only by default
Priority: high

(Someone's sent in a patch for this. There's an argument that instead of
writing about this I should just apply the damn patch already, but I want to
think about it first, and acknowledgement of this bug is overdue.)
