Log message (7 lines):
At the request of one user, here's a new mode in glyphs.py which
constructs a 'simple' version of the Gonville font, minus all the
Lilypond-specific encoding and strange bits: an OTF which just
contains all the glyphs I've got within its first 256 code points,
with vaguely sensible origin and/or width where it was convenient.
This is for people who want to load the font into a word processor
or similar and just use one or two symbols with minimum fuss.
