Log message (7 lines):
Remove dependencies on Subversion.

We no longer construct a fallback revision id by expanding $Revision$
in glyphs.py; instead, the bob build script is the only way to pass a
version number to the bob build, via --ver. Also, the version number
itself is moving to my new standard of YYYYMMDD.[opaque commit id],
making it more or less monotonic and also VCS-agnostic.
