    Replace the BUGS manpage section.
    
    It contained an out-of-date mention of the pow() exactness hazard
    which I fixed at the weekend, and no mention of other classes of
    hazard. I've replaced it completely with a LIMITATIONS section
    consisting of a potted summary of the other two (sensible) hazard
    classes, namely those on output and those in subexpressions.
