    Cope with integer overflow in really big PNGs.
    
    On a 64-bit machine with plenty of memory, there's no reason we
    _shouldn't_ be able to handle PNGs big enough that the indices into
    the input data array go past 2^31 - as long as we're just a little bit
    careful to cast things to size_t before multiplying them up.

    Code-sign the Windows pretty-picture generators.
    
    Where facilities exist, that is. Like the approach I took with PuTTY
    yesterday, Buildscr will now run a code-signing script over the binary
    if you specify one in the bob config, and otherwise should fall back
    to just leaving that step out.
