    Explicitly test ./spigot in 'make test'.
    
    I generally keep the bleeding-edge spigot symlinked on to a directory
    on my PATH, so that I'm always running (and testing) the bleeding
    edge. Unfortunately, I accidentally made the 'make test' target depend
    on that assumption. Now fixed.
