    List the MSI installer on the Download page.
    
    I've given it pride of place, marked the old one 'Legacy', and put a
    security warning on it. Perhaps I should emphasise that still more in
    some way (alarming colours? moving the old installer right down to the
    bottom of the page?), but I can always change that later.
