    Stop linking to the legacy .EXE installer.
    
    We won't advertise it for 0.69 or the snapshots any more, though (like
    the w32old build directory) we still _build_ it just in case.

    Website update for 0.69 release.
    
    As well as adding the usual 0.69.mi file, I've also edited 0.68's
    Changes page entry to note that _its_ fix for DLL hijacking was
    incomplete.
