    Link from download page to 32/64-bit FAQ.
    
    This required some faffing around to be able to generate a link to the
    FAQ with the correct relative path from within version.mi, since it's
    included from other pages and doesn't just inherit their name() method,
    which is needed for outpath() which is needed to construct such a link.
